Shipping Policy

Brand Watches orders are shipped by Canada Post or FedEx Courier. Once we verify and process your order, you will receive an automated message confirming that your order is ready for shipment.  Your tracking number will be valid after it is picked up and scanned by our couriers.

If you prefer to use one of our shippers over another, you will have the opportunity to make a comment during checkout.  All Brand Watches orders, unless otherwise requested, will be marked for pick-up at your nearest courier outlet if not accepted at the time of delivery.  Unfortunately, we cannot request specified delivery times or instructions with our couriers.

Please note that Canada Post is our preferred shipper and orders shipping to P.O. boxes or rural areas must use this method.
To view your order status, including your shipment tracking number, you can log in to your Brand Watches account.

Orders under $50 will be subject to a $10 shipping fee
Please note: Orders that are not claimed during the courier's stated pick-up time, have incorrect/insufficient addresses supplied by the customer at the time of order, or are deemed undeliverable, and are thus returned to Brand Watches will be subject to a $25 reshipping fee.  If no word is received from the customer within 5 business days after notification of the return, the order will be refunded by the original method of payment, minus the $25 fee.
