Returns and Exchanges
Purchases made online are eligible for a 15 day full refund or exchange. Please note that refunds will be applied to the original method of payment only. Refunds cannot be completed in-store and must be shipped back to Brand Watches. Any refunds of 3 or more watches per order will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. Please allow 3 business days for your return to be finalized after delivery confirmation. A copy of your refund/exchange will be emailed to you once processed. Please note that refunds cannot be issued on gift cards, nor items purchased with gift cards/store credits. All Sale/Clearance items & Gift Cards are FINAL SALE.
To refund your item, please email us to request a Return Authorization Number and include your order number, first and last name, and reason for returning your purchase. Please ensure to return the item in its original packaging, unsized and unworn; with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials that came with the purchase. All returns must be sent within 15 days of receiving the return authorization number or they will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to insure the shipment for loss or breakage and retain a tracking number if possible. Brand Watches cannot be held responsible for any lost or mis-shipped items during personal returns.
